Apply a small amount of hair spray to your hair first! Or you can try plaiting it when it's wet very tight then leave it to dry :)

Everytime you do a new bit, pull tight! and also taking smaller strands will help to give you the nice fishtail braid you want, start bigger at the top and get smaller whilst braiding down :)
