You have big eyes so you should try a cat eye it takes awhile to perfect but when you get it right it looks really good I use a felt tip liquid eyeliner from loreal.

Oh also try Milani lipsticks I always used to shy away from lipsticks but they brighten up your whole face and yea I like them a lot haha.
