I think since it's so bright, maybe just a neutral eye and lip. Maybe a more gold-focused eye? I don't have any pictures as reference, but just as a general idea.. I think a gold eye would look fabulous with that.

Go for nude shades...such as Smokey brown eyes or bronze eyes well defined brows n light beige lipstick n some blush that goes well with highlighter.
