Hey guys! I need help on finding a good foundation brand, I'm a fair skin tone. Everytime I buy a foundation it makes me skin rather oily, dry or cakey! Help me please!

Nars sheer glow and MAC foundations are a good alternative to drugstore foundations that might have this effect on your skin.

Ok I would suggest going to a department store and go I big brands an ask for a weeks sample of the foundations. They will match to your skin tone an this way you can assess them all an choose your favourite

Any idea what you're looking for in a foundation? Full coverage? Sheer coverage? What kind of finish?
There are a million and ten foundations on the market.. all have different strengths and weaknesses.
My personal favorites are Wet n Wild Coverall and Revlon Nearly Naked. The Wet n Wild provides medium coverage and a nearly-matte finish. The Revlon gives a more natural, dewy finish and has very light coverage.
Like Meg said, you might want to just go to a department store or Sephora, explain to the counter girl (s) what you're looking for and they can match you with a foundation, your shade, and you can get a sample to take home and try out a few times.
