Just saying this...when you decide to go so far from a natural tone, you really should not think about convensional things like what colours compliment, cause that in itself is a conventional way of thinking, which bright hair ain't. no need to take my word though, my hair is now purple (been almost every colour under the sun), I am 27 and I wear a vintage cape to work.

I have purple highlights in mine and the only thing I would say is that with purple when it started to fade it's either going to look blue or red
