I have really bad acne all over my chest and back. On my chest, it's just tiny red dots that look like a rash, and on my back they're more like pimples. My homecoming is next weekend, and my dress is strapless. Any ideas on how to get rid of/ cover up my acne?

Well I would recommend watching ilikeweylies video about it and go to a dermotologist? Also don't use any heavy scented products as that usually irritates the acne!! Try like dove original scent body wash... No heavy scented lotion either!!
