Should I get highlights? Or dye? If so which colors?

I've been wanting to try out dying my hair, but I want something that will bring out my hazel/green eyes. Should I get highlights or dye it completely? I also am only going to use henna if I do, what are your opinions? Sorry for the word pic, I was exhausted. My hair is a dark blonde color. Like very dark blonde, nearly brown.

I think you should bring out the blonde more with lighter blonde highlights but for a full head black.
