I'm using the homemade garlic polish now , & it has made my nails a lot harder , so they'll grow & not break now , since I bite my nails all I need to do is smell them to stop lol , I like garlic but not on my nails. oh & rub olive oil on your cuticles to help stimulate the bloodflow & keepp your cuticles healthy for healthy nail growth!

Vitamins. if you are not taking a daily multi vitamin, starting will help with all types of stuff. I started taking a womens vitamin from trader joes and within a month I could see my nails growing stronger... leading to longer and stronger nails. start from the inside out.

Take vitamins geared towards nail growth(which can include hair and skin,also),especially gelatin.I use Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Hardener and my nails have stayed stronger and growing good without breaking or splitting.Hope this helps :).

I would try stuff by Sally Hansen or OPI.
both brands have great nail growth & strengthening serums.
