How to curl shorter hair?

Growing my hair out from a bob, its about an inch above shoulder length with short bangs, about eyebrow level. Is there a cute curled style I could try while it grows out??

Braid it wen wet and it curls really cute or a sloppy bun with wavy/ curled bangs

My hair is the same length and I use a 3/4 inch iron and take about inch sections and hold the iron vertically then gently finger through the curls!

I recently cut my hair pretty short but I do waves with a thin straightner like this hope this hElps.
