Maybe for nails the ring finger silver sparkles and other fingers like white or pink and possibly curled hair with bangs pinned back with a cute braid or twist ;)

You could do a ombré(but with a lighter blue) and dip them in solve glitter!

For your hair,you could go for a curled updo,or leave it down like that but do something fancy to it:)you look pretty with your hair down and straight.

I think because your dress is strapless you should wear your hair down. curl it with a wand or wave it.

I think you should do white nails with some silver sparkle, I think it's too over to do a blue nails..but it's just my opinion :)
