I wouldn't say you'd damage your hair by doing it every two weeks. I have a friend who has dyed it a rainbow every week and was even featured in my senior year book for it. She advised that with proper research your hair won't get damaged. And her hair was very silky and soft and curly and she would straighten it all the time. I think you should go for the pastel color. Red mermaid hair is cute but it can also be easily tacky so it's very iffy.

Blonde brown miixture simlar to jennifar lopez hair color so even when it fades or your hair grows it would still look pretty unlike when you dye it a really bold color , you cod try temporary hair dye I'm not sure how good it would come out but you could just change colors all the time so you would be unexpected :) and another idea is just get highlights randomly like jenna marbles she currently has he bang blue and it looks awesome , she used to have one ppink strip of hair it just soo different

Pastels and any other unnatural color fade so fast even with bleached hair. My sister just got her hair dip dyed blue and purple two weeks ago and there is hardly any color left
