Help for long thick hair.

I have really long thick hair so I can't curl my hair with a curling iron without loosing the curl in a hour or too. Any ideas?

Hairspray? Like heavy hold I have thick and very heavy hair aswell and that's what I use.

Try using smaller strands of hair and they have curling gel that world really well.

Yes using smaller sections of hair & also if its to thick maybe thin it out that helps me a lot when I style my hair either straight or curl it stays a lot better.

Pro naturals argan oil really helps, my hair is thick too. Or keratin products!
