I think that pale skin people look best with pastel hair. I think you can go blue just do another shade.

Try it:) my hair is pastel blue and lilac. I have darker skin than you^.^ it will look fine. just be careful with the bleach and how much you use.

I think you skin is not so dark, but is has warm colour, so I could look a little bit yellow with pastel blue.
