I do the curly girl method 💕 no sulfates, no silicones, deep condition, scrunch wet hair with an old t-shirt, no brushes, sometimes use a wide tooth comb, finger detangle, pineapple at night, leave conditioner after showering, co wash, and refresh my curls with a DIY lavender spray from the curly girl handbook 😊

I wash my hair twice a week with shampoo and conditioner. after the shower I apply hair oil and just let it air dry. I hardly use heat. maybe once a month. when I do use heat I use heat protection before and serum after.

Now I feel like I've been neglecting my curls! I don't do anything special. I was my hair and condition every other day with a color safe shampoo and conditioner. I brush out after I shower, use tresseme curl care mousse and scrunch and air dry til it's about 90% dry and then diffuse it...and that's what I do...nothing extravagant and I still love my curls :)

I use a towel to scrunch or drug my hair
I try to start away from heating tools as much as possible
I do not use hair spray or gel..(anything that will dry out my hair)
I use hair and scalp oil
I do not comb it when it is dry
I use a natural and organic defrizz

I wash my hair every 2-3 days, I have naturally wavy/curly hair too when it dries naturally but I use a hair dryer to blow dry my hair then twist my hair round and secure it with a big hair clip. I leave that in for a few hours and I'm ready to go :-)

I wash my hair thrice a week with a mild shampoo. Apply coconut oil and leave it all night before I wash it the next morning.
Condition it about once in two weeks or less! Too much conditioning eventually dries your hair out in my experience. Comb my hair after it's washed (wide toothed comb) Works great! and last but not the least- matrix serum!
