Okay, so I wash my hair about every 3 days.. I have very dry damaged over processed hair..
I use
Pantene Shampoo for color treated hair
Treseme Deep Repar Masque
Frizease spray leave in conditioner
FX Special Effects Moroccan Moisture Miracle Argan Oil
Treseme Heat Tamer Spray
1. Do hair masks matter on which one you use? I thought about switching to Macadamia Deep Repair Mask, but its pricey.. does the hair mask really make a difference versus a cheaper one?
2. I have tried treseme keratin condition and it fried my ends after one use, do all keratin products do this?
3. Is there a way to fade out dark hair using natural products that don't dry out hair?
4. How can I improve my hair care routine?
5. I am trying to grow out my hair how can I repair my split ends? I don't want to cut my hair
I use heat products about 2-4 times a week.. rarely 4 times a week.. I try I pull my hair back in buns.. and I don't use dry shampoo at all..

I suggest to stop using pantene and treseme and other drug store brands, redkens smooth lock line is amazing! you have to get a trim, you can't permenatly fix them! the macadamia deep repair mask is amazing!

I have used redkins anti-snap line before and loved, it was right after my hair was bleached when I was 18.. maybe its time to invest in redkin again.. I think I will defintely trim my hair and maybe get clip in extensions.. But I will definitely switch to a better shampoo and conditioner.

Pantene and Treseme worked great for me in the past.. my hair is so damaged from bleach, retaining the color no longer matters to me.. I want to strip color out of my hair but its damaged enough.. so I won't, I will just wait for it to grow out.. is there possibly a cheaper alternative, I am single mom and student.. but 17.50 for shampoo alone is rediculous.

Redken is one of the more less expensive salon brands that I know of, there is probably a nicer drug store option but I can't recommend any! or else at sallys the brand ion has an awesome hydrating line and they'll have sales on the liters that is 2 for 15!

No problem, if you have any questions there they will be able to help you! I used to work there for two years but its been a few months so I'm a little rusty on some of the specific products!

First stop using pantene treseme and all that stuff. your hair is drying out b/c all of those products are alcohol based. they really don't do what they say. I've grown up in the salon industry I've seen it all. I can tell you the best products out there that will really help restore you hair back to health. aveda has a product called damage remedy there is a shamp/cond and intense once wk treatment. also biologe, bumble and bumble moraccan oil are great products. I know there expensive but they are worth every penny. also stop the heat use cool air while drying try not to use an iron unless you have to. and go get your hair trimmed keeping up with that helps keep hair healthy. not everyone at sallys is an expert so be careful and ask a professional if your not sure. good luck.

I think I am going to try Natures Gate Shampoo and Conditioner is free of harsh sulfates and parabens.. I am definitely picking up the macadamia nut natural oil deep repair masque (they have it at my cvs) I might add I rarely blow dry my hair maybe 4 times a year.. not much.. so thats not where my damage is.. and I don't blow dry full I let it air dry 1/3 of the way.. I use heat on it more in the winter for some reason.. but I will definitely switch up some hair products.. but I definitely am changing my shampoo and conditioner to something more natural that is sulfate and paraben free, As well as I just cut off my hair today into a short bob
