What to wear with this sweater.

What can I wear with this sweater? It's short so wouldn't be able to wear it with just leggings, I don't wear trousers or jeans only skirts and dresses so struggling with that to pair it with, it's a hollow jumper so will need to wear a vest top underneath.

Why don't you wear a long vest top underneath then it will cover a bit more then you can wear leggings or tights?

Hmmm I would wear tan skinny jeans black flats and a leather jacket!
