I learned from this woman on beautylish that it is actually made for horses and is not good for our hair. So I wouldn't recommend it.

I actually really liked it. It smells fine. I started using it last year after I suffered terrible bleach burns to my scalp and fried my hair to the point where it felt like bubble gum. I've been using it about twice a week and my hair is really strong, long, and smooth now. It has also helped promote quicker hair growth. However, the shampoo can be drying if used without the conditioner.

My mom has really thin and short hair after all the years of due bleach and blowing it and she used to have amazing hair and used that shampoo I can't tell
You her hair grew like Rapunsel lol but it
Did make a difference and I'd recommend it forsure! Good luck
