I just got this dress to be ripped up and fake blooded at a thrift store. Any ideas for my hair/makeup/accessories when I go as the dead ms.america??

I placed in a couple pageants. You have to be exaggerated for Halloween:
-big hair. Curls hairspray teased.
- sash
-huge crown (I've seen some 10 inches tall)
- banquet
