Blue eyeliner (particularly electric blue) looks really pretty, and a red lip really makes green eyes stand out x

Purple, dark grey, khaki, navy blue, peachy, beige, green -> but darker than your eyes shade, otherwise you'll look washed out:-)

I have blue/green eyes and I stick with mostly neutral/browns and for going out I use purples because the colors contrast with my eyes:)
