Unless you always want to look presentable during your sporting activities, you could fill in your brows with a powder or a pencil and set them with eyebrow gel. I recommend doing your brows because they frame your face. I prefer you don't wear foundation or wear anything on your face because your skin needs to breathe as you play. You could also wear face sunscreen and a tinted lip balm (SPF) /cheek stain.

I usually don't. It ends up sweating off and smearing for me. If I ever do, it's a moisturizer with SPF or Chapstick. I usually never do anything to my eyes, brows, or foundation.

I'm lazy so sometimes I leave my mascara on when I play but normally just I just wear a moisturizing sunblock and Chapstick.

Why would you wear makeup for sports? And if you do, if it's like playing tennis with your boss then fill in brows, maybe black pencil eyeliner, mascara, blush and lipstick.
