Is it that challenge when beauty gurus can only spend a certain amount on makeup to do their makeup?

I think I would go for concealer, powder, a small eyeshadow palette (to fill in brows and as eyeshadow), then use one of the eyeshadows as an eyeliner, mascara, use the concealer you use before as highlighter, a bright pink lipstick and use it as a cheek stain.

-essence or wet n wild stick concealer as a replacement of foundation (spot concealing and undereyes)
-wet n wild eyeliner for eyes and brows
-nyc sky rise mascara
-pinky nude lipstick for lips and cheeks for blush
-wet n wild walking on eggshells trio
-the white eyeshadow in the pallete as a hiighlight

Well one decent makeup product here in Iceland is like $20 so I'd go for a bb cream:)

MUA (makeup academy) they have great quality makeup but it's also affordable.
