Are bright eyeshadows ok? I'm looking for some makeup as its not my first time with makeup like eyeshadow blush etc.but I wore a blue one before and people said it looked good I have had my eyes on a sleek one which has bright purples yellows etc.will they look silly? I am really unsure.
