Mascara, a tinted lip balm and a bb cream :) if you have striking brows look for a brow gel x

A good mascara- Benefit They're Real or Loreal Paris Double Extend.
A tinted moisturiser or BB cream- Maybelline or Garnier are good.
Lipgloss- Hard Candy lip glosses are good or Revlon have some really good shades.
Blush- Revlon Photoready cream blush looks so dewy and natural I swear by it.
That's all you need really!

I would look into mascara, blush and lipstick first. Here's a list of drugstore products I recommend:

Mascara:
Covergirl Clump crusher $8
NYC Instant Lash $2
Maybelline Full n Soft $8

Blush:
Wet n Wild ColorIcon $5
Hard Candy Baked $8

Lipsticks:
Revlon Colorburst $8
Maybelline Superstay $8

I got some of my first products about a year ago and I suggest starting drugstore so here is a list of possible things:
Foundation: Maybelline Fit me. Us good product but only if you need that kind of coverage.
Concealer: Hard candy has good ones
Mascara: CoverGirl flamed out and all Maybelline ones
Eyeliner: NYC liquid liner and Wet andWild pencil eye liners
EyeShadow: Trios drone Wet and Wild
Lips: Revlon lip butters. Maybelline baby lips
Blush: elf dou blush and bronzer
