Um.. Ripped up cheap plaid short over a tank top and jeans (ripped maybe). For the stereotypical hobo, use one if those bandanas tied to a stick to create a sack thing. Use brown eyeshadow in spots around your face to make it look dirty. I suggest going to a thrift store to get a cheap plaid shirt to rip up :)
