Circle lenses! Those help a lot. You want to go as light as your makeup as possible. So light colored blush, no black on your waterline, eye liner isn't really in a cat eye, but goes down a bit more.

This was my second attempt from over the summer, though my camera didn't pick up my blush or the pinkness of my lipgloss.
