Okay this is a dumb question but I'm not very experienced with makeup and I bought Revlon color stay today and it does not have a wand or anything to get it out with. How should I get it out? what do you ladies do? thanks.

You don't need a wand or anything, just tip some on the back of your hand, dab it on your cheeks/forehead/chin/nose, and blend with a sponge, your fingers, or a brush!(:

Or if you don't want to have to pour it out buy a concealer brush from elf for $1 and use that to get some out I just dip it in and dot it around my face.
