Is the business causal for fun?

Jeans are too snug. I would switch out the shoes for some cute flats. I don't know what industry you work in but its not screaming business casual. :(

I work in an office. Hmm looks like this outfit needs a lot of help.. So cute flats? Any other suggestions?

If you stick with the jeans I would pair it with a open front cardigan that can cover the tushy paired with a crew-neck slim tee and a statement necklace of some sort.

I suggest a pencil skirt :) I work in an office and I switch up between skirts and dress pants and than various tops.

No pleats!! Pleated front pants make our mid-sections stick bigger than what they are. Flat front is best...more slimming.

I meaned the colour and style, not the pleats:-) my fault.

I say for casual you can keep the jeans, but cuff them a couple times to right on your ankle bone. I think I would swap the shoes for flats also. good luck finding what you want!

My job is business casual and I am not allowed to wear jeans unless it is Friday, I usually wear black or khaki pants.

Agree with Emily H, even casul business is business. As I know casual business means not wearing a tie, maybe not a white shirt etc.. But it depends on the company too.

Personally I would have picked a cream or white colored shirt and flats. But it is a super cute outfit
