My 18th birthday is tomorrow, and I'm having a relaxed party with friends. Is this cute or not? The skirt is a tight midi length, it reaches to my calves. I'll be wearing my leather jacket if it gets cold. Should I wear beige creepers or multicoloured Batman converse with this? I was also thinking of hair in a fishbone braid, smokey eyes and plum lips! Yes or no?
