Help! Need makeup opinions for this dress!

I'm going to my cousins wedding in December. It's a semi-formal wedding and I will be wearing this dress. I might be wearing a red belt instead of the blue but I'm not sure yet. And I will be wearing different shoes. Please post makeup ideas!

If you wear a red belt I think a natural glowy face with bold lashes and a red lip would look great. I suggest using a red lip stain or a long wearing lipstick to avoid having to do too many touch ups. If you keep the (turquoise?) belt, maybe a peachy blush with long flirty lashes and an eyeliner that matches your belt with a peachy-pink lip color. Cute dress btw!

For semi formal you want to stick to a neutral palette for eyes. you can still do a dramatic smokey or cut crease just keep the colors neutral. as for lips, contrary to a neutral eye, now is the perfect time for a bold color like cherry or burgundy.

I personally don't think so. there's no law that states your makeup has to match the color of your clothes. I think it would be fine either way. red lips never count against what your wearing :)

I just didn't want it to compete too much with the dress/belt but I really like the red lip idea! I think I might have to do it.
