Try a hot oil treatment! Argan oil is good at sealing in moisture but won't do much for repairing. Almond, sunflower, coconut, or a mixture of all three is your best option! An egg hair mask will also deposit protiens, vitamins and minerals into your hair that will help with the repair process. But raw egg smells...well yuck imo. If the smell isn't something you wanna try, just use mayo as a hair mask. Apply all over. Leave for 15 - 20 mins. Then wash out :) If you'd like an egg hair mask recipe or like hot oil guidance, just lemme know! Hope this helps :)

Redken Extreme :) it's the best and the only thing that really helps :) But combine it with the argan oil and other treatments :)

Do a hair treatment once a week. It won't repair the damage of bleach (bc its permanent) but it will help it to look healthier and manageable.
Yes henna doesn't go away unless you eventually grow it out. Also hair color on top of henna is incredibly damaging.

I wash twice a week and do treatments on both of those days. You can use an oil like olive or coconut by slathering it on from roots to end before you wash and condition. That's my fav DIY. Or look into a intensive mask for after shampoo to set on 5 min. An apple cider vinegar rinse might help too. Cutting back on shampoo by just rinsing helps too. Damage is something that doesn't really heal but by constant care you can make it feel better.

I have some bad news for you Dollie.
After researching henna because I wanted to use it myself, turns out you cannot dye your hair using regular dyes over henna which is where your hair went bad. So you basically have to grow it out. Try doing treatments like olive oil, avocado, coconut oil, jojoba, etc. you'll basically have to grow it out until you can dye it again. Use lots of conditioner and stay away from heat.

Henna will fade with shampoo...though it might take months to go away...use some deep conditioning treatments to repair the damage n please don't use any vinegar as it might further damage your hair...try to maintain ph of your scalp...adding vinegar might dry them further.

Reform Extreme as mentioned above is great! It' s the protein treatment that is needed once a week, used more than that and protein can actually damage your hair. Nexxus Emergencee Treatment actually forms a web around each hair strand and used after a chemical treatment protects hair from fading etc.. Redken Shampoo and Conditioner All Soft is great and always use a heat protector.

Keratin, and basically anything with that ingredient is your best bet.

Hairstylist here... First of all you cannot bleach out henna dye. It is a non oxidative direct dye = once it's in there... It's in there for good.
Secondly now that your hair is damaged from bleach. Try redken extreme. Or it's a 10 masque and spray combine :)

Henna is no good! your hair needs some protein the one I own and we use most is kerestase bain deforce range.. best shampoo ever for damaged hair. and a treatment or masque once or twice a week would be good too.
