Cartoon Pirate Makeup...Help?

So. My son is going as Jake from the Neverland Pirates for Halloween, and he wants his younger brother to be Cubby, my husband to be Hook, and me to be Izzy. While her costume will be simple, I rarely get the chance to do a full face of makeup and would like to seize the opportunity of Halloween, haha. for those of you without little kids who love pirates of any kind, I have attached a reference photo. Could anyone try recommending how to do cartoonish little girl like makeup? I have tried google for somethig specific but apparently no other women have gone as izzy or if they have won't claim it by posting photos on the web haha. every tutorial I seem to find for cartoons gives me something specifically different...any help yall? Thanks!
