I don't think you are going to find a good "cheap" stroller makeup cases. A makeup "bag" and a roller bag is different. I found this at Sears.com
Sunrise All Black 3Tiers Easy Slide Trays Dot Pattern Professional Rolling Makeup Case with Dividers C600 It is $84. Remember. Google is always your friend

What you're looking for is a trolley case, which is precisely what Zuca makes, and preferably soft instead of hard. (And, as Autumn rightly said, there is a difference between a makeup bag and a roller/trolley case. A massive difference.) Soft ones are very hard to come by. Hard ones are more common. And not cheap.

If what you need is a bag with wheels, you can always work with a small rolling suitcase. I've seen some of the best people in the business show up with suitcases instead of something that is specifically a "makeup" bag. If you keep your items organized in smaller bags inside, you don't need special compartments. During fashion week in NYC, everyone's always jamming around with little black rolly suitcases.
