I have a paint pot from Mac but I feel like it's not good and urban decay primer potion is no good.

Nars Smudgeproof Eyeshadow Base is the best for oily eyelids. I have several friends who complain of oily eyelids, and have tried everything! This was what finally worked for them.

I've used the UD one and on some days it still creased. I just picked up the Laura mercier one in flax, used it once so far and it didn't crease... I also have extremely oily lids.
