Halloween makeup help!

Got my costume (going as an evil fairy, gcobbled together from things I already have), it consists of a black vest top, a black PU skater skirt, ripped up/laddered tights, red Dr Marten 1460 boots and black and red fairy wings:)

BUT.. how should I do my makeup? I was thinking of red lips to go with the boots and wings, but I don't know how to do eye makeup:|

Go with a red lip and then a super dramatic winged elegy line that is instea of a flick give it a swirl at the end if that makes swense.
