Girls do you have any idea if braiding hair before sleeping and sleeping hurt the hair? or no problem..thanks.

No it doesn't hurt the hair I do that all the time mostly cause my hair is frizzy if I don't lol.

If your hair is damaged then I wouldn't think itd be the best idea.

It helps the hair grow a little faster while in braids so it means it good for it xx
