My birthdays coming up and I want one of the palette but which one?

I really what a pallete from bh cosmetics or coastal scents. You can get 88 or 120 colors for like less than $30. Those brands are known for quality. For neutral colors:
Coastal scents- warm palette
Bh cosmetics- neutral palette

If you have a warm undertone, buy The naked. If you have a cool undertone The naked 2. I've both and I prefer a little bit The naked 2 :)

Neither. Lorac Pro Palette. It's cheaper, more pigmented, and has an even number of matte and shimmers (8 each), making it easier to create a full look with the Lorac palette alone.

But the Coastal Scents palettes as BH palettes are good as well.
