Yes... Well I don't know wether you've got a brace... But it helped for me, cause it was no longer possible...

Why don't you get acrylics or gel nails done? If you get something nice done professionally, then you're more likely to not to want to ruin it :) x

I know! I did the acrylics before I had them for like a month or so snd my nails grew so long but as soon as I took then out I bit them off :(

^ I agree on the gel nails thing. when you let the stylist take them off, you should ask her to do some nail art on your own nails and they will be so pretty you don't want to bite them off.
or you could just not take them off, thats what I do haha
