When I think of pirate I think of dark.. like top and bottom liner. I don't know if that's too dramatic for your personal preference.

Anyways,I'm thinking of just a thick top eyeliner with regular bottom;red,pink,or nude lipstick or lipgloss and maybe a teensy bit of eyeshadow or blush if you want:)
