I have really dead and burnt hair due to heat.. It hasn't changed length in almost a year, I don't want to cut it but does anyone know any products that will actually work on my hair without me cutting it? 😔😔

I had the same problem. Unfortunately I had to chop off more than half of it & it hasn't even grown!!

My curls aren't natural I do them with a curler which has why my hair has ended up this way. If makes me want to cry :( haha, looks like I'm just going to have to cut it and if worst comes to worse (I don't suit short hair) I will have to buy myself some hair extentions until it grows xx

You're going to have to cut your hair. Do it gradually, not all at once. Start doing deep conditioning treatments twice a week and hot oil treatments once a week to try and get some moisture and nutrients back into your hair.

It probably is growing but breaking off due to the damage. Get it trimmed every month until you have no more dead ends :) you can buy thinning scissors at walmart and trim it yourself. Its easier to work with thinning scissors because it's harder to mess up lol. + do deep conditioning treatments twice a week and you'll see results without having to chop all your hair off. Coconut oil is amazing for your hair

Do you use heat protectionspray?

You have to cut it. If you don't it will get worse and it will eventually go to your roots (very hard to fix). Do hair treatments. Leave it alone for a bit. No hairspray or any alcohol based products. Leave it natural for as long as you can. Buy a can of cholesterol at Sally's and put it on your way. Leave it on overnight and wash in the morning. Also don't use too much shampoo just when your scalp is dirty & concentrate on your scalp with the shampoo. I'm a Cosmo student (:

Hair* another tip don't brush your hair too much and when you do brush it start from the bottom then gradually go up.

Get regular trims and do conditioning treatments to keep your hair healthy, like almond oil hair treatments, egg and mayonnaise or avocado hair masks, or an argan oil hair mask from pro naturals to repair and moisturize. That should make your hair look and feel better.

My mum laughed at me for buying this, but mane n tail shampoo and conditioner! Yes its horse shampoo and conditioner but it has directions for human use too - think of how silky thick and strong show horses manes and tails are, now think of your hair like that! My hairdresser absolutely killed my hair so much that it velcro'd itself together, but now after using mane n tail its well on its way to being thick and silky again, I really recommend it :)
