I am in search of a good primer that gives a matte look. I've tried pixi,loreal,korres,stilla,and lorac. I've broken down and have made my own, with corn starch,aveeno face lotion, and spring water. any ideas?

I like smashbox photo finish oil free primer...a close dupe would be the hard candy sheer envy I believe its called:-)

I believe the original is like 40 or 50$(Canadian) and they now have a jumbo size at sephora for 60$. I will definitely be getting it when mine runs out.

The best best best is Hourglass Mineral Veil at Sephora. The new stila primer balm is very very good too.

Look on maskcara's site. She has a DIY one that's great. All others crease on me as I have really oily eyelids. She uses cornstarch, Chapstick and foundation.
