Very nice. If that was me I'd go over my lash line with black eyeliner for a bolder look. But that's just me :) I can see you went for an icy look so you've definitely achieved the purpose. Very nice 👍 :)

I like it the blue is cute. What you could also do is apply black first around the eyes and than add the blue around the black for a stronger definition
