I have super oily skin and my makeup won't even last through half the day and I have uneven skin tone so it's very frustrating. Any must have makeup, moisturizers, primers, ect that anyone who has oily skin can't live without? I'm dying not being able to have nice looking makeup through out the day. I'm willing to splurge on good products that actually work.

Use a sea salt that naturally has activated charcoal. (this is the one I use) in a cup, put in 2 - 3 tbs salt to every quarter cup water. it should be super salty. then every morning or night, after cleaning your face dip a clean cotton ball/pad into the dissolved saltwater.
why it works: the salt will clean up your pores and remove the current oil buildup while the activated charcoal absorbs and rebalances the ph of your skin so it becomes less and less oily over time. :) hope this helps

If this is too much effort, you could always just buy coalface from lush, its an activated charcoal soap. use it to clean your face morning/night. good luck :)

I also have an oily face and this primer makes my foundation last forever! It even lasts after my tennis practice (':

You may be oily because your face is dry and overproducing oil to compensate. This really does happen. Try a light moisturizer like ole henricksons sheer transformation. It very lightweight and after a few days your skin should even out.

It could be your skincare, origins has a zero oil line that helps with excess oil without messing with your faces natural ph balance, plus their mousturizer is mattifying and it'll help with the makeup process. use a silicone based primer such as the porefessional by benefit, primed and poreless by too faced or my all time favorite the photo finish by smashbox, then get a foundation that you want, light medium or full coverage with a matte or dewy finish (lancome 24 hour foundation is good for full coverage and not too matte and the studio skin from smashbox is good with a medium coverage and a dewy finish). then you wanna go in and set it with a setting powder thats awesome like tartes smoith criminal or with a spray thats awesome like urban decays all nighted
