I'm going to buy this dress and turn it into a zombie themed thing! Lol but what should I do for hair & nails?

Tease your hair so it looks all messy and zombie ish and really any nail design would look good.

For hair,I think a teased up look would be nice with those temporary hair color things(?).
For nails,you could try blood nails or any other cute Halloween nails you'd like:)
