This isn't really a smokey eye- it's more of a basic eye, meaning lid and crease.
Smokey is where the lid is dark and the color blends upward.

Okay I know it isn't a smokey eye now lol, I don't wear make-up so I wouldn't know this, Its like my third time putting liquid eyeliner one so I don't know how to do this either, but thanks:)

Yeah for first time its not bad, just watch a toooon of youtube tutorials. thats how I learned to do it. and lots of practice haha.

Try a darker smokey eye or more dramatic. And liner markers are great for beginners with winged liner. You can get them at cvs for like 2$ and last a while!

Try a felt tip liquid liner I love maybelline stiletto and start thin on the inner eye thicker on the lid and end with a pointy tip
