I want to be something sexy for halloween and I don't have the money to buy a costume!
I am thinking along the lines of either a cheetah, mermaid, or goddess
Anything else as well!
Send ideas and DIY instructions if they have that!

If you're thinking about being a Greek goddess you could just make a toga out of bed sheets. Then get some leaves and spray paint them gold (or leave them) and then wrap them on a wire for your hair. Classic Animal House outfit lol :)
