Help! Acne scars!

After about a month or so not wearing heavy makeup, my skin is almost cleared with acne! But now I have acne scars!
Is there a gentle cream (or anything that'll help) I can apply and the scars will start to clear away?

Exfoliating helps a lot. Basically any scrub would work. For lightening the dark spots use aveeno positively radiant daily moisturizer. It gradually reduces the look of darker pigmentation like scars in the skin. Look up revirws to see peoples experience with it. So far, I heard that it actually works.
