Hi ladies!

Does anyone know of a drugstore brand with great pigmentation in a matte shadow? Getting out of sparkles as we head into fall... Thanks!

Brulee by Wet'N Wild. Its similar to MAC's Brulee.

L'oreal has great matte eyeshadows, i believe they have a small eyeshadow quad with 4 different matte eyeshadows

Sleek has two all-matte eyeshadow palettes -- one has bright colours, the other has darker ones. Good pigmentation. (If you're in the US or Canada you'll have to buy them from eBay sellers, as Sleek won't ship them to either country.)

Meanwhile, it's not a drugstore brand, but Makeup Geek has some great eyeshadows, quite a few of them matte, and they're very affordable. (If you buy only one, I highly recommend Corrupt; it's an insanely pigmented matte black.)
