I use a pencil then a spooli to buff the color and "naturalize" lol not sure if that's a word...but it's precise and blendable.

I've seen these liquid brow pens I think Stila makes one, it's supposed to make the eyebrows look more natural than with a kohl eyebrow pencil.. You have to lightly flick the pen upwards to create the illusion of brow hair
