I have a horrible habit of chewing my nails and I need any tricks or ANYTHING TO HELP?!?!?!?!

They sell a nail polish that is specialized for people that bite their nails. It tastes really B&A so you won have to chew your nails. It is completely safe and I'm sure you can get it at any drugstore or on amazon just ask someone who works at your local durgsotel.

I have the same problem but I just paint my nails every week and I paint them a bright or vibrant color to keep me from biting them! Now my nails have grown!
