Purples and golds would bring out your green eyes :) I have green eyes to ii love browns and golds and purple smokey looks.

Your freckles are cute! :D I wouldn't hide them completely, so a sheer foundation would do. I recommend Urban Decay's Naked foundation. It's a buildable foundation, so it can be sheer to medium coverage. It looks to me that you have warm undertones, so warm-toned blushes and lipsticks like corals and pinks would work well. I don't know if you fill in your eyebrows or not, but you'd be able to get by with a tinted eyebrow gel. Anastasia's tinted brow gels are great for achieving a soft brow look! As for eye shadow, I'd think a warm copper color would bring out your green eyes. I have blue-green eyes, and Kat Von D's eye shadow trio in Dreamer really makes them pop. One last thing would be to highlight your brow bone and stick to lighter shades underneath your eye to make your eyes appear larger. Hope this helped, Ashley ;)
